- ISP (Internet Service Provider) since 1994
Since 1994, MontanaSky served all of Lincoln County from its humble log cabin offices in rural Rexford. We expanded in 2000 to serve all of Flathead, Lake and Lincoln counties where the business has grown in size and scope.
Holding true to the principles and values that its founder Fred Weber established long ago, Montana Sky continues to help our local economy grow with technology and new job opportunities. These principles include an unwavering commitment to quality and customer service. - Full Service I.T. Consulting Firm
As a customer-support focused provider of Internet connectivity, it was natural for our customers to come to us for computer consulting. As a result, MontanaSky hired or acquired the staff and equipment to fulfill these requests. Today MontanaSky serves residential, commercial and government entities with complete I.T. solutions. - Retail Computer Service & Repair
Our retail office locations all have a full computer service division for repair, virus cleaning and tune-ups. Custom computer builds and on-site service is also available.
- Cable TV/ISP in Libby Troy Markets
MontanaSky Networks have roots in Lincoln County, and when a fledgling Cable Business was about to pull out of Libby and Troy, MontanaSky Networks in partnership with Community Tel of Ronan stepped in and purchased the business. With a considerable investment and the addition of Fiber Optics from Kalispell and redundant Radio Links, MontanaSky is now a thriving Libby enterprise. Bringing fiber to Libby has created new opportunities for the community to attract and retain business.
- Wireless & Fiber Optics Special Circuits
Some businesses require special solutions. It may be the need to send very large files, like drawings or medical images. Our synchronous, high-speed, fiber-optic network is always expanding. Contact us to see if service is available in your area.
- Virtual Server (Cloud) Hosting
We have all heard the term “Cloud Computing”. Maybe someday we can store data in a cumulus cloud. But until then, “Cloud” means that instead of everyone having their own local servers in their physical office, resources are pooled, consolidated and located in efficient data centers that have all the security and redundancy and connectivity that the average business cannot afford. With remote desktop technology and increasing Internet speeds, cloud-computing is becoming available to everyone. Talk to MontanaSky about how you can take advantage of this exciting service.
